Change of the main courier operator
Please be advised that we have changed the main courier operator. From now on, replacing InPost, this function is performed by DPD. We decided to take this step in order to offer you the highest quality of service at the lowest prices. Thanks to this change, we are able to offer a longer cut off time – now shipments we are able to accept packages for packing on a given day until 13:00! In addition, DPD is characterized by high flexibility in contacts with the customer, and at the same time has an exceptionally efficient administration, which greatly facilitates the correct settlement of the costs of shipments sent. In our opinion, DPD is the best possible choice and a trustworthy partner.
Another argument that helped us reassure us that DPD is a great choice are DPD Pickup points. These are places where you can send and pick up a parcel from this company. To date, there are over 2,400 outlets, including, for example, Żabka stores. DPD also takes care of other solutions needed by consumers, such as card payments or BLIK payments for shipments paid on delivery.
Of course, we still cooperate with many other courier companies, tj. DHL, UPS, InPost and Polish Post. When choosing our couriers, you always choose the highest quality at one of the most competitive prices on the market.
We would like to remind you that the beginnings of DPD’s operations in Poland can be dated back to 1991, when it operated as Masterlink Express. It was a brand with entirely Polish capital, bought in 1998 by the Swedish Post Group. The company was developing dynamically until in July 2002 it became a representative of the French DPD. As a result, it gained access to a network covering over 30 countries on the European continent. Currently, DPDGroup is the second largest international courier network in Europe. Every day, it delivered approximately 5.2 million parcels worldwide. And in Poland it has been the undisputed number 1 for many years!
